I would highly, highly recommend Rosie. I reached out to her feeling very overwhelmed, miserable and self-conscious at the prospect of working with the PT and exercising in public, but she was always so patient, careful with language and encouraging with me. It gave me a confidence I have still today to try yoga and go to the gym, which hasn't been possible for many years in eating disorder recovery. I wish everyone who was frightened or self-conscious could work with her. Thanks to her, I've gone on to do more yoga sessions.

Rosie is an amazingly professional, relaxed, and calming yoga teacher. Her experience travelling and staying in ashrams in India really shines through during classes. A serene and peaceful vibe seems to radiate from her during the sessions. She is encouraging and supportive throughout the session, helping you get the correct alignment in postures. An amazing guide into deep meditation, her use of sound, whether it's her words or singing bowls, made each meditation truly memorable. This was absolutely my favourite part. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a space to truly relax and let go.

It’s honestly hard to explain just how much I love my Monday evenings with Rosie. As a busy teacher and mum of two very lively little boys, that precious hour to breathe, stretch and actually hear my own thoughts feels like winning the lottery. I’m only slightly dramatic when I say this class keeps me sane (and probably everyone around me too). My nagging back problems I’ve had since having the boys have completely disappeared. Rosie is heaven sent, and her studio is my sanctuary.

AUM Space is my first experience of yoga. I decided to start attending to have some ‘me’ time and I have to say it has been amazing. I love attending every week; it makes me feel calm, at peace and rejuvenated. Rosie has such a wonderful aura about her and instantly puts you at ease.
