My Story & Approach
My journey into wellness began as it has for many of us who have found ourselves in the fitness and yoga space - through my own struggles with mental health. Movement became a way for me to connect with myself, whilst finding a sense of both mental and physical strength and resilience. This led me to become a Personal Trainer, where I built a strong foundation in functional movement. Later, I discovered yoga, which brought me a deeper sense of self-acceptance and balance.
My approach focuses on helping you find the type of movement you intrinsically enjoy. I believe this creates the foundation for an abundant mindset and a genuinely positive relationship with fitness. From there, we can build healthy habits and practices that feels realistic and sustainable for you.
